    Make sure that for the present template used, Step 1 is showing in the design view (note: whatever step is showing in the design view will also be the first item to be displayed when the page is browsed). Now you just browse the page, make entries as required and proceed with the steps until you finish. The following pictures show you how each of the steps are displayed.
