Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 - Training

Save yourself some money and gas from driving down to your local bookstore and buying a book on how to use Microsoft Windows SharePoint 3.0. Microsoft has very valuable resources on how to use Microsoft Windows SharePoint 3.0. Training comes in different formats, including video, podcasts, orwebcasts. Microsoft also has a comprehensive help and how-tosection. You just click on a topic that is of interest to you. Then you can read about how to do that particular step.

You'll love the webcasts. Based on live events from Microsoft Office's experts, the webcasts last approximately 60 minutes. They consist of presentation slides and audio. You don't have to worry about hurrying up to finish viewing the webcasts. Instead, you can watch them at your own convenience and pace.

To access these webcasts, you just click on the URL that Microsoft provides you. Then you download them onto your desktop or laptop. You don't need to have Microsoft Office Live meeting installed on your system because the webcast is recorded in WMV format.

You can also listen topodcasts. Podcasts are audio-only versions based on prior recorded webcasts. Podcasts typically last for about five to ten minutes. They concentrate on a particular task or function. You can listen to the podcast on your desktop or laptop. However, if you're going to be traveling, you might want to consider downloading it onto your mobile device to listen to while on the go. You just save the podcast to your device by right-clicking on the link. Then you save it to a folder you synchronize to your device.

Do you want to meet and communicate with other users of Microsoft Windows SharePoint 3.0? Why not join the community? You can get shortcuts and valuable tips on the product. You can also learn about what others are doing with Microsoft Windows SharePoint 3.0. Perhaps you can implement some of their ideas into your company.
